All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume seasons, holidays, or launches,
processing may extend slightly. If so, we’ll communicate any notable delays.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.

- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Priority Shipping (1–2 business days)
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped, not at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours
for tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Mood & Mercy is not responsible for
delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as
soon as possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the customer’s responsibility. If
your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at support@moodandmercy.com within 7
days so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be offered in the future as
our brand continues to grow.
