care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help ensure your experience remains graceful and
seamless.

Returns
Mood & Mercy accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, in original
condition, and returned with all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@moodandmercy.com with your order number and
reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Final sale or promotional items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval status. Approved refunds are
issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email us
with photos and details.
Order Issues & Damages
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours if processing has not begun.
Shipping Policy Alignment

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Mood & Mercy is not responsible for carrier delays.
